She was predeceased by: her parents, Parke Anderson and Elise Marie Cauley Anderson; her husband Captain James R. Jarvis; and her sister Jo Nell Fulkerson. “Please accept our heartfelt condolences for the loss of your Mother. Norma Jean & I are cousins, when to school together in Calhoun. I had a great visit with her in 2007 & had planned another visit but just never made it down there again. Aunt Elsie was always special to me & it was always good to see her.
