She is survived by: her husband Joseph Edward Whitman; her daughters, Linda Patin (Gary) and Melanie Nettles (Jamey); her grandchildren, Joshua J. Whitman and Kerry M. Whitman (Amanda); her stepgrandchildren, Hannah Smith (Travis) and Joseph Nettles; her great grandchildren, Joshua C. Cruthirds and Ava-Jayde Tassin; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Allie, Kenleigh, Austin and Kayleigh Smith; her siblings, Rodney Mire (Janice), Cheryll W. McKey (Woody) and Joann Bonnette; and her pets, Max, Gunner, Karma, Peanut and Lilly. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
