It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marshall D. Tycer Jr. (Mandeville, Louisiana), who passed away on December 23, 2018, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parent Shirley Bush Tycer. He is survived by: his parent Marshall D. Tycer, Sr.; and his sibling Janet Tycer Lee (Thomas Pevey Lee). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
