He was predeceased by: his parents, Boyd B. Turner and D. Christine Wuebben. He is survived by: his wife Amanda E. Tatum; his daughters, Jessica Gilstrap and Amber Lopez; his grandsons, Max, Ethan, Nathan and Gavin; and his siblings, Susan L. Scherbauer and Michael Turner.
His contributions to his community, his unwavering support for veterans, and his deep love for his family will be remembered fondly by all who had the pleasure of knowing him.
