She is survived by: her children, Joseph Stephens, Jr. (Trudy), Theresa Holloway and Troy Stephens (Vicki); her siblings, Wilda Catalano, Ray Germain, Edward Billiot and May Bowles; and her grandchildren, Betty, Cher, Jessica, Rachael and Payton.
