He is survived by: his wife Leslie Kolb; his children, Clayton Kolb (Christi) and Courtney McMahon (Joseph); his grandchildren, Kimberly McMahon, Joseph McMahon, Casey Kolb, Cassidy Kolb and Catherine Kolb; and his sister Kristina Kolb Johnson. He is also survived by two nieces, and a nephew.
