He was predeceased by: his siblings, Bobby, Roger Matlock and Margaret Matlock Mitchell. He is survived by: his wife Nell Davis Matlock; his daughters, Kimberly Matlock Page of Dallas and Malinda Matlock Zelesnikar of Edmond; his grandchildren, Lauren Page Coffman of Dallas, Kathryn Page of Chicago, Luke and Alex Zelesnikar of Edmond; and his sister Marjorie Matlock Keith of Bossier City, LA. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Memorial donations may be made to the The Foundation for Peripheral Neuropathy.
