He was predeceased by: his father John Presley Hebert Jr.; and his stepfather Danny Baudoin. He is survived by: his mother Patricia Suire Baudoin of Erath; his children, Justin Hebert (Brittany) of Youngsville, Michael Fontana of Mandeville and Nicole Fontana of Mandeville; his siblings, Vincent Hebert (Jonnie Ann) of Madisonville, Kevin Hebert (Danielle) of Maurice and Marianne Bouja (Alex) of Fresno; and his grandchildren, Emory, Jack and Roy. He is also survived by numerous Nieces, Nephews and Cousins.
