He was predeceased by: his parents, Borders Leevander Wiltberger and Viola Mary Oestarly; and his brothers, John C. Wiltberger Sr. and Daniel E. Wiltberger. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Wiltberger (Caussesux); his children, Andrew "Drew" Wiltberger (Cassandra), Rachel Blanchard (Craig) and Sarah Durham (Mike); his grandchildren, Collin, Kody Durham, Kaden, Savannah Morello, Cole, Rhys Wiltberger and Tate; his sister Bertha Blanchard; his nephew John C. Wiltberger Jr.; and his nieces, Charlene Wiltberger Saravia, Danielle Wiltberger Hunt and Kelly Pritchett.
