He was predeceased by: his parents, James Elbert Geiger and Mamie Speights Geiger; his wife Helen Ruth Sinclair; his son Gary Geiger; his siblings, Bobby Geiger and Doris Bozeman; and his grandsons, Lincoln and Bennett Geiger.
He is survived by: his son Brent Geiger (Ginger) of Mandeville, LA; his grandchildren, Corey Geiger (Gabrielle), Lindsey Geiger Waguespack (Aubert), Alicia Geiger (Dylan Payne), Monica Geiger and Maxwell Geiger; his great grandchildren, Aubrey, Bliss, Cruz Waguespack, Gavin, Nolan Geiger, Everly and Kai Payne; and his brother James Marlon Geiger.
