Scharf and Muriel Dorne Scharf; her brother George Scharf; and her children, Connie Brockhaus LaBorde (Herman), Debbie Brockhaus Alexander (Herbert), H. L. "Chip" Brockhaus, Jr. (Donna) and David Brockhaus (Suzanne). She was also cherished by her thirteen grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren, and three great-great grandchildren.
