He was predeceased by: his parents, John Ferguson of Orange and Eunice Rider McMamus of Mamou; his close friend Florence Hoadley; his brother Ray Harris; his nephew Zenon Harris; and his grandparents, Zenon and Ada Rider.
He is survived by: his uncle Aldes; his aunt Hattie Guillory; his sister Jo-Ann Minvielle (Jim) of New Iberia; his niece Michelle Minvielle of Broussard; and his nephew Robert Minvielle (Betsey). He is also survived by his 2 great nephews, 2 great nieces, and numerous cousins.
