He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Darrel Bellard of Mamou, LA, Carl Poullard of Houston, TX, Mona Senegal of Houston, TX and Verda Trahan of Scott, LA; and his sisters, Virdia Bellard of Chataignier, LA and Winnie Bellard of Mamou, LA. He was also cherished by 2 grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Therefore, the number of guests will be limited and face masks will be MANDATORY to attend the viewing and service.
