He is survived by: his wife Sandra Jason Bellard; his children, Kerry Bellard, Jr. (Chelsie) of Beaumont, Jacoby Bellard of North Carolina, Kenneth Martin of Beaumont, Joshua Harmon of Beaumont, Texas, La'Keisha Bellard of Beaumont and Ra'Keisha Bellard of Spring, Texas; his siblings, Terry Bellard (Sheila) of Beaumont, Carlton Bellard (Janacia) of Beaumont, Kevin P. Bellard (Ebony) of Beaumont, Fredrick Arvie of Beaumont, Stanley Arvie (Shaunte) of Beaumont, Raheim Jabber of Beaumont, Kenneth Bellard (Kathy) of Houston, Texas and Linda Stenson; his close friends, Theresa Jones and Amanda Gallow; and his great-uncle Lorenzee Freeman. He is also survived by six sisters-in-law; four brothers-in-law; twelve grandchildren; four aunts; two uncles.
