With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Reed of Mamou, Louisiana, who passed away on March 7, 2021 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Herod Reed and Ethel Reed; and his siblings, Elward Reed, Fulton Reed and Velma Feucht.
He is survived by: his children, Gary Reed (Phyllis) of Mamou, John Reed (Lisa) of Mamou, Phyllis Vidrine (Mickey) of Mamou, Roni Fruge (Duane) of Prairieville and Mia McDaniel (Shannon) of Prairieville; and his grandchildren, John Vidrine, Matthew Vidrine, Kim Vidrine, Chris Reed, Brandi Reed, Sara Savoy, Adam Fruge, Zack Fruge, Nick Fruge, Lindsay Blanchard, Lainey Gibson, Ferris McDaniel and Riley McDaniel. He is also survived by fourteen great grandchildren.
