He was predeceased by: his parents, Ashton Deculus Sr. and Ester Gradney Deculus; his granddaughter Erin Deculus; his son-in-law Kelly Wayne Darbonne; and his siblings, Horace Deculus, Elie Deculus, Antoina Deculus, Louis Deculus Sr., Ashton Deculus, Jr., Hazel Espree, Edna Lachappelle and Marjis Allen.
