She was predeceased by: her parents, Elton Baptiste Simon and Ovelia Agnes Jones Simon; her siblings, Gladys S. Frank, Audrey S. Jack, Beatrice Hilda S. Thomas, Rejoycie Simon, Tolton and Gene Autry Simon; and her brothers-in-law, Massienese Jack (Te'Cliff) and Dudley Frank.
She is survived by: her sister Dea Simon Serie (Roy) of Mamou, LA; her brother-in-law Jimmie Thomas of Mamou, LA; her nephew Drake Simon of Carencro, LA; and her godchildren, Katie Thomas, Hernandez "Dez" Holland and Adrian Jack. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and special friends.
