It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald James West of Mamou, Louisiana, who passed away on August 28, 2022, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Evans West and Mercedes Dupre West; and his brother Daniel Brian West. He is survived by: his wife Dale West of Mamou; his son Shawn West (Reva) of Mamou; his grandchildren, Dylan West (Macy), Alyssa West and Jenna West of Mamou; and his siblings, Glenda Fuselier (Eunice) and Chad West (Lucretia) of Lanse Meg. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
