She was predeceased by: her parents, Zeno Johns and Doffus Fields Johns of Ville Platte; her husband Welton Thomas; her sisters, Helen Grace Frank, Bertha Jo Johns Davis, Thelma Elizabeth Johns Dunn and Gladys Deshotel; and her stepsons, Terry Glenn Thomas, Carl Thomas and Curley Ray Thomas.
She is survived by: her daughter Anita Faye Richard Guillory (Lindburgh) of Mamou, LA; her granddaughters, Colette LaDel Papillion (Chad) of Tomball, TX, Alonna LaTrice Richard of Mamou, LA, Jaden Taylor Papillion, Zoie Lyn Yarbough and Cohen Jeremiah Richard; her brother Bervic B. Johns (Verdie) of Chicago, IL; her stepchildren, Barry Welton Thomas (Sandy) of Lake Charles, LA, Jerome Kent Thomas of Port Allen, LA, Kimberly Patrice Banks of Lake Charles, LA and Delaney Thomas of Lake Charles, LA; and her godson Ralph David "Butch" Frank, Jr.. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
