He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Perilloux, Sr. and Louise LeBlanc Perilloux; his sons, Robert J. Perilloux Jr. and Jeff A. Perilloux; and his siblings, James Perilloux, Ralph Perilloux Jr., Margie McIntyre, Leona McCaroll and Geraldine Carter.
He is survived by: his children, David Perilloux (Gwen) and Brenda Perilloux Morgan (Ron); and his daughters-in-law, Susan Perilloux and Michelle Perilloux. He is also survived by 8 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and wonderful lifelong friends.
