He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Scheer Holsten; his son Scott Christopher Holsten; his daughter-in-law Kelly Wager Maricelli (Shane); his granddaughter Keelie Holsten; his mother-in-law Helen Anne Scheer; his brother Eric Holsten (Pam); his nephew Matthew Holsten (Alexis); his goddaughter Megan Holsten (David Buckley); his brother-in-law Scott Scheer (Tina); his nieces and nephews, John and Doshia Scheer; and his godchildren, Joshua Pepperman (Emma), Caleb Pepperman (Sydney), Raychel Farris (Daniel), Sarah Pepperman and McKenzie Bankston (Carol Williams).
