He was predeceased by: his father Samuel Vincent Pizzitolo, Sr.; and his siblings, Vincent, Frank, Sammy, Jr. and Mary Pizzitolo Dobard.
He is survived by: his wife Miriam Lopez Pizzitolo; his children, Anthony "Tony" Pizzitolo (Nina) and Maria Pizzitolo Marinello (Marc); and his grandchildren, Dominic Pizzitolo, Nicholas Marinello, Joseph Pizzitolo, Gabrielle Marinello and Isabelle Marinello.
