She was predeceased by: her husband Milton Luke Barze, Sr.; her daughter Wanda Cavalier (Gerald); and her parents, Elizabeth Hyde Dupart and Garrison Dupart. She is survived by: her children, Milton Barze, Jr. (Paulette), Myra Leslie (Sylvester) and Lisa Marshall (Thomas); her grandchildren, Nichelle Henry, Lianne Sheps, Christopher Barze, Shannon Probasco, Meghan Pappas, Gerald Cavalier Jr., Brittney Marshall and Zachary Marshall; and her siblings, Shirley Demazalier, Carmelita Lange and Cynthia Baham. She is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and wonderful lifelong friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Anselm Catholic Church (306 St Mary St, Madisonville, LA 70447). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Madisonville Cemetery (400 Main St, Madisonville, LA 70447).
