He is survived by: his parents, Michael Phillips and Vanessa Phillips; his brothers, Carson Phillips and Austin Phillips; his grandmothers, Sandra Phillips and Ruth Polston; his aunts and uncles, Chad Phillips, Stormy Boyte, Connie Bergeron, Angela Walker and Shelley Maillho (Alton); and his cousins, Blake Bergeron, Alyssa Walker, Braelyn Allison, Maddox Maillho, Lainee Walker, Molly Maillho, Adalyn Boyte and Slayter Boyte. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
