She was predeceased by: her grandfather George Shartle. She is survived by: her parents, Bryan Christopher Shartle and Julie McDaniel Shartle; her brother Caleb Dean Shartle; her grandparents, Ginny Shartle, Emma McDaniel and Johnnie McDaniel; her uncle Patrick Shartle; and her aunt Janet Bankston. She is also survived by extended family, including aunts, uncles, and cousins, and many friends, and her loving dog, Buddy.
Due to COVID-19, social distancing is encouraged and masks are required to attend services.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Chloe's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, where an online donation page has been set up in Chloe's honor.
