She was predeceased by: her son Stephen Edward Patterson, Jr.; and her parents, James Celestine and Agnes Joseph Celestine. She is survived by: her spouse Centeno Augustine Alvarez; her children, Stephanie Hasberry, Richard Patterson (Valerie) and Jonathan Patterson; and her daughters-in-law, Emily Patterson and Tammy P. Prosper. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 2 step-grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
