Olivier (Clifford), Theresa C. Rader and Edna Boutte (Richard Boutte, Sr.); his grandchildren, Lauren Collins, Kirsten Collins Pursifull, Justin Raggette, Lexi Raggette and Avery Collins; and his great grandchild Addyson Eddie.
