He is survived by: his buddy Rita Mae; his wife Gail; his daughters, Alecia, Chandrika, DeLois, Danielle and Bianca; his grandchildren, Codi Clark, Dontriel, De'Javon Taylor, Derion Savoie, Diamond Nickelson, La'Deja, Leonard Harris III, Sydney Duhe, Gabrielle Guidry, Kyhren Brown, Alicia Miracle, Rhiana and Darvi Johnson; his great grandchildren, Syrinity, Drudyn, Ny'leah and Azariah; his godchildren, Arthur Linton, Gail "LuLu" McClain, Tonette Jasper and Nicholas Love; his siblings, Bernadette Tassin, Brenda Harper (Arthur), Gloria Mae Tate, Josephine Hornsby, Larry Jones (Emelda), Cheryl Barkins, Carol (Keith Ducree) and Bernard Moss; his friends, Charles "Scrap" McQuater Sr., Horace Houston, Clarence Love, Ralph Morris and Rondel Scott; and his brothers, Lil, Littoel, Shump and Clark Kent.
