He was predeceased by: his parents, Delores Lee Moran and Wilmon Joseph Moran; and his nephew Zachary. He is survived by: his wife Norma Simpson Moran; his children, Jeffrey Wayne Moran (Paulette), Kathy Moran Benton (Randy) and Matthew Gene Moran (Laura LeBlanc); his grandchildren, Alexis Moran Laney (Drake), Mallory Katherine Benton, Cole Joseph Benton and Kane Matthew Moran; his sister Deborah Gail Moran (late Todd Kilburn); his siblings-in-law, Danny and Lois Wheat; and his nieces and nephews, Christy (Travis), Chasity (Edwin), Jennifer (Randall) and Kristen.
