She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Dale Hymel and Joyce Hymel; her husband Clyde Gravois Sr.; her children, Joyce Gravois (Ryan), Clyde Gravois (Hunter) and Jaci Boughton (John); her grandchildren, Allyson, Cooper, Audrey, Amelie and Carter; and her brothers, Dale Hymel, Jr. (Debbie), Moise Hymel, II (Justine), Keith "Mike" Hymel (Robin) and Brett Hymel (Tammy). She was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family will accept offerings for St. Michael's Catholic Church Building Fund in Convent, Louisiana or Christ the King Church on LSU's campus to support the Catholic Ministry to students.
