He is survived by: his wife Cheryl E. Louque; his children, Kelly Lawless (Pat Kinler) and Tony Polzin (Heidi); his grandchildren, Taylor Hodges, Haylee Lawless (CJ Trosclair), Ashley Lawless, Duston Carney, Nicholas Polzin, Kevin Polzin and Allison Polzin; and his great grandchildren, Claire, Skyla, Averie, Alaia and Brynlee.
