He was predeceased by: his parents, Theresa Brock Cazes and Edgar Anthony Cazes, Jr.; and his brothers, Edgar A. Cazes, III, Victor J. Cazes and Roy P. Cazes.
He is survived by: his wife Diana Clark; his siblings, Joann Cazes, Dorothy Schlegel (Mark), John J. Cazes (Catherine), Arthur J. Cazes (Katherine), Anthony J. Cazes, Elec J. Cazes (Carleen) and Bobby J. Cazes; and his friend Joan Mancuso. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
