He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Sr. Hines and Dolores Hines; and his granddaughter Lily Joy Hines. He is survived by: his children, Ashley Hines Cashio (Randy), Whitney Hines (Brooke) and Courtney Hines (Kelli); his grandchildren, Peyton, Corrin, Avery, Remi Cashio, Wyatt, Faith, Grace Hines, Bryer and Broden Hines; and his brother Jack Hines Jr.. He is also survived by his friends at Step Brothers.
