He is survived by: his children, Daniel Lewis, Joseph Holt, Patricia Holt and Tasha Holt Nelson; his grandchildren, Joseph Holt Jr., Mercedes Holt, Sebastian Holt, Tristen Holt, Christopher Holt, Jada Walker, Elijah Holt, Jacoby Nelson, Nathanael Nelson and Erin Jr. Nelson; his siblings, Richard MacKenzie, Ronald Janopoulo, David MacKenzie (Mary), Linda Knollenberg (Steve), Rosemary Watkins, Connie Silva, Elizabeth MacKenzie (Richard) and Diana MacKenzie McDonald (Randy); and his stepmother Joyce MacKenzie.
