She was predeceased by: her spouse Lamar Smith Moffatt, Sr.; her parents, John Green Jones and Mary Decker Jones; her siblings, Emma, Joe, Fred, Martin, Edith, Jahrod, Ralph, Lettie, Julie Jones Wild, Hazel, John, Jr. and Vera Jones Sanford; her children, Lamar Smith Moffatt, Jr, Donald Smith Moffatt (Rhonda) and Carol Moffatt Carter Masingale (Paul); and her grandchild Jake Taylor Moffatt.
She is survived by: her significant other Sandra Goodwin Moffatt Rabalais (Kenneth); her grandchildren, Douglas Jay Carter (Vicki), Fred Miles Carter, Janice Carter Dolese (Michael), Christopher Todd Moffatt (Catherine), Max Smith Moffatt, Gunner Robert Moffatt and Shane Ainsley Moffatt; her great grandchildren, Jarrod Carter (Chelsea), Jason Carter (Stephanie), Will Carter (Mollie), Kelli Carter, Nicholas Moffatt, Hayden Moffatt and Sofia Moffatt; and her great great grandchildren, Cade Carter, Cohen Carter, Jensen Carter, Lyla Carter, Damian Carter and Emberli Carter.
