He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Pitre Jr. and Florence Pitre; and his brothers, Johnny Pitre and Dick Pitre. He is survived by: his wife Caffie C. Pitre; his daughters, Caryn Rome (Randall) and Tina Pitre; his grandchildren, Ashley and Miranda Rome; and his sisters, Joyce Horn, Jane Ogea, Helen Johnson, Hope Zeller, Marilyn Farrell and Carolyn Andrews.
