He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen Horn and Irene Nicholas Horn; his former wife Juanita Dempster Blanchard Horn; and his brother Allen Horn Jr.. He is survived by: his fiancée Deborah Parfait; and his siblings, Donald Horn, Brenda Gros and Janice Dufrene. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 2 step-grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren, 6 step-great grandchildren.
