He is survived by: his wife Joann Spadoni Pequeno; his children, Roger Pequeno, Jr., Joseph Pequeno and Jessica Pequeno (Juwan Mack); his grandchild Jasira Liliana Mack; his mother Natalia Avila Pequeno; his sister Cindy Knight (Jackie); and his siblings-in-law, Elia Pequeno, Carol Pequeno, Earl Spadoni (Anita), Tucky Spadoni (Carol), Tricia Spadoni, Michael Spadoni, Betty Dennis (late Tippy) and Jack Randall. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
