She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Carlos; her parents, Roger Matherne and Bertha Matherne; and her siblings, Carrie Loupe, Vincent Matherne and Landry Matherne.
She is survived by: her children, Kathleen Marsh (Philip), Timothy Carlos (Lisa) and Jay Carlos (Nancy); her grandchildren, Michelle Garibay (Robert), Matthew Huff, Jon Carlos, Ashleigh Seneca (Tyler), Courtney Vu (Adam), Dana Edwards (Michael) and Lauren Liu (Thomas); her great grandchildren, Juliet Garibay, Charlotte Seneca, Ella Vu and Lily Edwards; and her sister Clothilde Dempster.
In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
