He is survived by: his daughter Gwen Dupont (Dale); his stepdaughter Wanda Candies (Michael); and his siblings, Horace Oubre Jr., Joseph Oubre and Mary Ann Landeche of Madeline McClammy. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
