He was predeceased by: his wife Marlene Tapp Picou; his parents, Earl Picou and Hazel Sellers; and his brothers, Johnny Picou and Tommy Sellers.
He is survived by: his children, Mary Picou and William Picou; his grandsons, Tyler Ledbetter (Cassey) and Cody Ledbetter (Julianna); his siblings, Gene Picou (Sam), Richard Picou, Luke Sellers, Lady Rousse (C. J.) and Phoebe Sellers (Greg); and his sister-in-law Donna Sellers.
In lieu of flowers donation to American Legion Post 131 of Luling, LA. are preferred.
