He was predeceased by: his parents, T. A. Williams, Jr. and Marie Williams; and his brother Kenneth Williams. He is survived by: his wife Janet Day of Muscatine; his daughters, Elizabeth and Laura (Jef); his grandchildren, Ryan, Aiden and Noah; his son Paul (Tracy); his grandchildren, Alex, Brady and Chelsea; and his sister-in-law Linda Williams.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to The Congregational United Church of Christ in Iowa City, and the University of Iowa Center for Advancement.
