She is survived by: her daughters, Artessa Williams (Justin) of Ragley, LA, Contessa Houston (Joseph) of New Iberia, LA, Latressa Gregoire of Houston, TX and Derryion Marie James of Houston, TX; and her siblings, Anthony Polk (Linda) of New Iberia, LA, Rogers Polk of New Iberia, LA, Frank Polk (Mathilda) of New Iberia, LA, Woodrow Wilson Polk, Jr. of New Iberia, LA, Elizabeth Ann Broussard of New Iberia, LA, Mary Lee Delahoussaye of Houston, TX, Debra Green (Wesley, Sr.) of New Iberia, LA and Denise P. Garrette of Abbeville, LA. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; along with a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, church family, and friends.
