He was predeceased by: his father Jean Curley Boudreaux Sr.; and his grandparents, Rupert Parrie, Louise Parrie, Leonie Boudreaux and Leddie Boudreaux.

He is survived by: his mother Dorothy Boudreaux of Zwolle; his son Stephen Boudreaux of New Iberia; his siblings, Jean Curley Boudreaux Jr. of Loreauville, Brad Anthony Boudreaux of Loreauville and Leedie Boudreaux Martinez of Loreauville; and also, Parrain Jack Parrie of Zwolle and Peter LaGrange. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, and his lifelong best friend.
