He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Wilson Guillotte; his wife Julia Selemanova Guillotte; his mother Bertha L. Guillotte; his son Chad M. Guillotte (Hallie); his grandchildren, Shaw (Mallory) and Cameron; his daughter Mandi Guillotte Pooler (Brent); his grandsons, Everett and Collin; his sister Linda Guillotte Derouen (Brent); his godson Joshua Derouen (Sara Hart); and his mother-in-law Rosa Selemanova (Talgat Nigmatullin).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations in his memory be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Make-A-Wish Foundation.
