Anthony (Carroll); his nephews, Jamie Jacob, Corey Jacob, Marvin Jacob and Terry Boy Fontenette; and his niece Gail Fontenette.
He is survived by: his significant other Julia Domingue; his siblings, Leroy Jacob of Saint Martinville, LA, Willis Jacob of New Iberia, LA, Mary J. Hamilton and Helen J. Anthony (John) of Saint Martinville, LA; his aunt Rose Domingue of Broussard, LA; his godson Larry George of Lafayette, LA; and also, Ronald Domingue, Paul Domingue, Carolyn Domingue, Mary Domingue, Barbara Thomas, Linda Joseph and Betty Broussard of Broussard, LA. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
