She was predeceased by: her husband Roland Champeaux; her parents, Steve Champagne and Velma Champagne; her son Jamie Champeaux; her daughter-in-law Catherine Broussard Champeaux; and her sister Jeanette Theriot.
She is survived by: her children, Claudette Pattillo (Jeff) of Loreauville, Trudy Smith (Timothy) of Loreauville and Tommy Champeaux (Serena) of New Iberia; her grandchildren, Cody Pattillo (Carrie), Heath Pattillo (Stephanie), Heidi Pattillo (Mike), Hailey Delcambre (Carlos), Lani Owens (Luke), Tim Smith (Lindsay), Jayde Champeaux, Tifani Louviere (Mark), Ashley Mesa (Josh) and Amanda Rebert; her siblings, Patsy, Shirley, Vickie and Steven; her great grandchild Bentley Smith; and her caregiver Mindy. She is also survived by twenty-nine great-grandchildren.
