He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Spiess Provost; his parents, Maurice Provost and Evelyn "Sis" Gonsoulin Provost; and his son David Provost. He is survived by: his sons, Kevin Provost (Caline) of Loreauville and Brian Provost (Colette) of Loreauville; his grandchildren, Joelle P. Charpentier (Dane, Trey Provost), Randi Provost and Jordy Provost; his great grandchildren, Quinn Charpentier, Mia Rose Charpentier and Brooks Charpentier; and his sister Sharon Solar (Donald) of Loreauville.
