He is survived by: his children, Luther "Raymond" Rigney (Sarah) of Breaux Bridge and Mary McBride of Lafayette; and his siblings, John Paul Rigney of Bonny Odom, L. V, C. J. Rigney and Glenda Hollinghead. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
