He is survived by: his sister Euline Arceneaux; his sons, Andrew James Blanchard (Darwin) of Dallas and James Lee Blanchard (Deborah) of Covington, LA; his grandchildren, Joshua Blanchard, Aimee Pellapone, Wesley Blanchard and Eric Blanchard; and his great grandchildren, Nicholas Blanchard, Laura Blanchard, Amelia Blanchard, Ian Blanchard, Carson Blanchard, Griffin Blanchard and Leah Blanchard.
